Delete your reelcycler account.

Two paths in, one outcome. Your account, videos, and OAuth tokens come off our systems. Anything already published on a Platform stays on that Platform — delete it there too.

§ 01 From the mobile app

From the mobile app.

  1. Open Reelcycler on iOS or Android.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account will be queued for deletion and you’ll receive an email confirmation.
§ 02 By email

By email.

Email privacy@reelcycler.com from the address associated with your account with the subject line “Delete my account”. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

§ 03 What gets deleted

What gets deleted, and when.

  • Account record & email — removed from production within 30 days; expunged from backups within 90 days.
  • Uploaded video files on S3 — deleted within 7 days of the deletion request.
  • OAuth tokens for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok — revoked and wiped immediately on deletion. You may also revoke Reelcycler’s access from each platform’s app-settings page.
  • Billing records held by Stripe — retained by Stripe for the period required by tax and financial-reporting law; we cannot delete these on your behalf.

Deleting your Reelcycler account does not remove content you have already published to Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok — those copies live on those Platforms and must be removed there.
